More than 80% of its Year 12 graduates are in full-time work within three months of graduating. How good!” Mr Morrison said to students that he was ‘Passionate about Apprenticeships because I have seen how it changes young people’s lives’.
Year 11 and Year 12 students studying at Trade College spend two full days per week undertaking their Trade Training in purpose built industry standard facilities. The remainder of the week students undertake English, Mathematics, and a Certificate III in Business. Students are also engaged in a minimum of 80 days of industry work experience. Together these courses and industry opportunities will prepare a student to complete Year 12, gradate with their Queensland Certificate in Education (QCE) and provide strong employment pathways.
