We are centrally located on Brisbane’s northside on the beautiful Redcliffe peninsula, with a variety of public transport options, or why not explore our College buses that travel from Ferny Grove and Dayboro return each day.

Students are surrounded by possibility and opportunity in many diverse trade training areas, industry work placement and school based apprenticeships, and community responsibility. This environment, coupled with high expectations and personalised support underpinned with strong QCE curriculum senior academic programs in Mathematics, English and Business, has led to an unmatched record of success by our students.

Australian Trade College North Brisbane is part of the MRAEL group of companies which includes our onsite Registered Training Organisation (RTO), the Australian Trade Training College. The Australian Trade Training College was shortlisted as one of only three finalists in the ‘Large Training Provider of the Year’ category in the 2018 and 2019 Queensland Training Awards. This is a huge achievement for our RTO and recognises the quality of training and services provided to our senior college students as part of the MRAEL group.

While College life focuses on preparing students for the workforce, developing employability skills is achieved through a variety of college activities in addition to our flagship industry work experience program. Year 11 students commence their program with an intensive Work Readiness program which set the foundations for students to become more aware of who they are, who they want to be, and how their actions and behaviours will showcase the best version of themselves. Students continue to build upon these skills through the Industry Preparation course delivered throughout Year 11 and Year 12.

Every opportunity is made available for students to prepare themselves for their desired futures while equipping them with highly competitive qualifications and extensive industry experience while completing their QCE.
